Scope of this policy

This policy covers personal information collected through this website, including enquiries and demonstration requests. Information entered into the FacilCore platform by client organisations and their users is governed by the platform privacy policy presented within the application and by the agreement between FacilCore and the relevant client organisation. If you use the platform through your organisation, direct questions about that data to your organisation in the first instance.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and limited technical information generated by your visit:

• Contact details you submit through an enquiry or demonstration request, such as your name, role, organisation, email address and phone number.
• Details about your operation or market that you choose to share so we can tailor a response, such as your sector and scale.
• Technical information generated automatically when you visit, such as your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you view, held in standard server logs.

How we use your information

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, arrange and prepare for a demonstration, follow up on your interest, operate and secure the website, and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. We may also use it for directly related purposes you would reasonably expect. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies set are limited to those necessary for the website to function. If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this policy before doing so and describe what is collected and why.
