Month-end is an export from three tools. The numbers do not match the queue the supervisor is looking at this morning.

  • See open work by status Status counts

    Logged, dispatched, in progress, waiting verify. These are the same states the job uses.

  • Slice by site Site breakdown

    The tree from property management is the reporting dimension. No second site list.

  • List overdue scheduled work Overdue tasks

    Recurring occurrences that passed their date and are not complete. The field today queue is the operational twin.

  • Export or schedule the pack Export report

    CSV or PDF of the same figures, sent on a schedule, not rebuilt by hand.

Reporting is not a parallel product. It counts jobs in Logged, requests still pending, inspections with open findings. If the number is 14, those 14 rows exist. That is the only kind of dashboard worth putting on a wall.
