Run an inspection from a template Start inspection
Pick a template and a site. Questions and areas are already on the run. Nobody builds the form in the car park.

Score each item on a fixed scale Record response
Acceptable, Caution, Not acceptable, or Not applicable. Not applicable is excluded from the score. The run totals as you go.

Open a finding that must be closed Finding lifecycle
A poor score can open a finding. Rectified and verified are separate steps. It is not a comment that fades.

Attach evidence to the run Inspection evidence
Photos and files sit on the inspection or the finding, timestamped, not in a later email.

Watch credentials and inductions Expiry register
Inductions and tickets have dates. The register shows what lapses before the next visit.
Compliance here is a run, not a binder. A template becomes an inspection on a site. Each question gets a score. A bad score can become a finding with two doors: rectified, then verified. The photo is on that run. If the work needs a technician, that is a job, linked, not a second story.
