Roles, Permissions and Audit
Office can run the estate. Field can only work assigned jobs. One client cannot see another. Every status change has a name.
Shared logins and a spreadsheet of passwords. Contractors see the whole site list. After the fact, nobody can say who marked the job complete.

Office roles read and write the registers. Field roles execute assigned work only. Those are different permissions, not a toggle.

A technician lists today's work for their person record or crew. Other sites do not appear.

Every request runs in one client context. A record from another client is not found, not hidden.

Authentication, assignment and status changes are retained. The log is a viewer, not a hope.

Triage, dispatch, verify
Access is how the other modules stay honest. Office staff triage. Field staff execute what was assigned. Clients never cross. The log names the person who moved a job from Dispatched to In progress. Without that, the rest of the platform is a shared folder with extra steps.
